What if I run out of Analysis Credits?
Reviews pause until you top up. We'll notify you well before you run out so there's no surprise interruption. You can also enable auto top-up to automatically purchase more Analysis Credits when your balance runs low.
Can I change my platform plan?
Contact sales to upgrade or downgrade your platform plan. Any unused top-up credits remain in your account.
Do I have to pre-pay for Analysis Credits?
Each plan includes monthly Analysis Credits (which don't carry over). If you use your included credits, Small and Medium plans require pre-payment for top-up packs. Enterprise plans can arrange invoice billing and custom payment terms.
Will I get alerts before running low?
Absolutely. Email alerts are sent when total plan and pack credits drop below 10%, 5% and when exhausted. You'll always know your Analysis Credit balance and can top up before reviews pause.
